Health

  1. Obtain a weight of 180 pounds
  2. Keep weight of 180 pounds for a year
  3. Blood drawn on the 2nd thursday of every month for 2 years
  4. One year with out soda (diet or regular)
  5. Drink 2 liters of water a day for 6 months
  6. No sugar for 1 month
  7. Do 3 of those weird cleans

Hey preston. I just found this blog though your comment on my blog. Just wanted to let you know that I am doing 1 month without sugar and soda. I am on day 6 today. Seems to be going well. Anyway, good luck with it. Also thanks for your comments on my blog. You are a great friend...
